COVID-19 Protocol

Even though the "5th wave" (The Omicron variant) starts winding down, we want to inform you that our staff is still doing their best to ensure the studio is safe for everyone.
We will continue to stay alert at admissions which includes:

Enforce hand sanitization upon entering

e-Classroom is always ready for our students as needed / when required.

Monitor and update students and parents about new developments and policy changes, as needed (such as studio closure and switching everything to the e-Classroom platform).
We kindly ask students and parents to stay home if they are potentially exposed to the virus, or have developed symptoms. The studio will have all communication channels available at all times so feel free to contact us if needed.
Please be advised that effective March 1, 2022, Perfect Harmony Music Studio no longer do "Contact Tracing" nor taking body temperature for guests , students or parents.

All instructors are wearing Face-shields and/or masks when possible.

Ensuring staffs and students wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival and throughout the day (For day programs)

Sanitizing all commonly touched areas several times per day
Precautions for Private Music Lessons

Students can choose between e-classroom and in-person learning.

All musical instruments are sanitized after each use.

No Parents are allowed inside the studio unless the program required.

Practice Physical Distancing at all time

All instructors are wearing Face-shields and/or masks

Ensuring everyone wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival and after lesson.
Precautions for Group Music Lessons

Hybrid Lesson setup: Students can choose between e-classroom and in-person.

All musical instruments are sanitized after each use.

No Parents allowed inside the studio unless the program required.

Practice Physical Distancing for in-person lesson = reduced group lesson size.

Ensuring everyone wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival and after lesson.
